Incorrect debit order date

Good day I'm very unhappy about the service given by Old Mutual after so many emails I've sent them and went to be branch several times. I've changed my debit oder date for my policy since last year and o ly last month mu policy went off correctly. This month it went back to the old date. If this is the service you are giving to your clients then I'll rather take my policies somewhere else.
