Incorrect debit order date

I received an sms on the 24/08/2018 that states that my "two debit orders (Educational Plan & 2 in 1 Savings) would go off between Friday to Monday"...and they did go off on the 24th which is the same day I received the sms and I only got paid on the 25th.I didn't have funds in my cheque account and now my bank charged me R 113.00 X2 for honoring fees.

I am unhappy with the fact that the debit orders went off on the 24th instead of the agreed upon debit order date as per my policy agrements
