Incorrect debit order date

Debit order collection date for the 20th monthly & collected on 19th causing a debit order return which now demaged my banking record, I want old mutual to correct my banking record and refund the fee for the unpaid debt order immediately. My contract is signed for signed for debit orders to be collected on 20th and not dates prior to salary date. Albeit that a sms was sent this does not ratify what has now been caused to my banking record
