Incorrect Debit order

I have never dealt with such ****** in my life. The debit order goes off on the day you did not authorize and when u enquire why as I agreed to a specific day. They Tell you stories of choosing between fix and flexible days that you selected. And they can see it on their system that you selected flexible but can only send you a signed copy after 3 working days.i wanted to cancel the so called funeral policy AKA loan that u guys think I owe u, and my investment policy that's also a loan according to you and how I was treated by the call centre staff(buli.Tersia.Rachel).
