Incorrect debicheck amount sent
Policy number ***, ***, ***This morning I received a debicheck request but when I checked the amended amount it doesn't match what is on the annual review letters. I called the CC and I was transferred to another division which took forever.
While checking the letter I also noticed that I'm being charged for cash back for some policies, I'm not sure what criteria was used for this. It's been more than 5 years but I haven't received the cash back I'm paying. I also have other policies OMG***, which I was informed that the cash back premium is part of the policy premium. For these policies I last received the cash back in 2020 even though I being charged for this.
I went to the branch and a complaint was logged on my behalf however I informed that this may take up to a month before I get feedback. I'm not sure what is going to happen with the debit order of the 1st September because I cannot approve a debicheck with the incorrect amount
