incorrect captured

It saddens me that people who are not proper and fit are busy advising us and old mutual Superiors are doing nothing about it, ice up and down trying to resolve the matter with no success, I don't understand why you'll refuse to help if what's written on the documents doesn't make sense to you as well. I open a policy and your stupid advisor wrote both the insured and the beneficiary as the same person and now I have to be sent from pillar to Post to resolve. I will. Be moving ALL my policies ****ed!!!!
