Incorrect amount received and debit order NOT refunden

Dear team, I received my funds back from the cancelled policies not in the correct amounts as stated by the declaration. I was informed to receive 1404.32 ZAR and 1453.05 in total 2857.37 ZAR back from both policies but received a lessor amount. Also, my debit order of 600 ZAR went true on the 25th of Feb despite the cancellation. This amount has not yet been refunded can this be done ASAP as I will be leaving the country and my accounts will be closed.
