Inconsistancy

i took out policy last year 2014 which was my retirement and savings plan with old mutual i then few months later cancelled the policy as i was on maternity leave and with no salary, but old mutual kept on debiting my account now i took out a educational plan with old mutual and i was advised that the is a fund that is due to me to be paid out i was advised that it will be paid out in 5 days by edwin gilbert of which i sent all the documents between the 7 and the 8 when i call edwin he told me he submitted my surrender forms only to find out that he never submitted anything and one form had to be signed that i don't know about and this will take 21 working days, now i have to take time out again to go to the branch and sort out this am not happy and this is the worst i have experienced coze now i have to wait again i was only assisted to Nulo who gave me the correct info.
