Inconsiderate Old Mutual Superfund

We lodged a death benefit claim with Old Mutual superfund in October 2020 and to this day we are asked to resign documents we submitted more than a year ago. When we contact them they send us from pillar to post. Old Mutual should look into how they are treating their clients because it is not fair to wait for more than a year for a death benefit payout.
