My elderly mother made use of one of your *********** advisors to assist her with her pension. It has been 10 weeks now and her GEPF pension still did not pay out because of all the mistakes and errors that was made by your adviser. It was rejected several times and we insisted that a different advisor takes it over. Things seems to happening now.

The first advisor that worked on it is a in dependable advisor for Old Mutual. Personal i think you should get rid of him as you dont want to have your name connected to such an incompatant person using your name as it reflects extremely bad on Old Mutual. He never took any responsibility for his mistakes and keep on blaming it on everyone else except himself although it is forms that are completed in his own handwriting. Because of his incompatancy she has lost 3 months of interest on an amount more than R5 mil.

I will never recommend him to anyone and as long as he is with Old Mutual i will not recommend them either.
