Terrible service! OldMutual does not respond to my enquiry about money that was supposed to be paid to me a month ago. Every time I phone, I waste my airtime to try and speak to a consultant.. They don't know what is going on and nobody can tell me why I haven't received my money. They make empty promises and I would never recommend OldMutual to anyone! Useless!
