Hello Peter<br> <br> Last Tuesday,the 26th, my husband logged in a claim for a certain amount of money and was told that it will take 48 hours to be processed. 48 hours went past and no sign of the money. Today he phoned Old Mutual and they told him they saw his claim on wednesday and that they will send it to Finance TODAY. Why only today!? What the hell they were waiting for all along? Beats me. We needed this money for an emergency but they didnt even bother to send his claim immediately to their finance department. Now he even wants to cancel his investment with these people. Olm mutual seriouslyneeds to get their **** together or else! We are so fed up with their incompitence!<br>
