I am very angry that I am only being told today about a 50% penalty on my retirement savings after 3 weeks of being sent from pillar to post. When I first visited the Flagstaff branch there was a system issue ,when I went there after a week I was told that there system went off line while I was being assisted & the consultant did not bother to do a follow up.
