*********** staff and bad service

I have submitted my withdrawal forms 3 weeks ago and they still have not been processed. What I hate about this is that at inception when I called old Mutual, the service consultant sent me forms to complete and send back which I have done and I've been calling your offices without any assistance to get my money. As a company you are a ******* and fail to process documents electronically in this day and age of technology. I will not go to any branch and will escalate this to the ombudsman because you clearly do not follow TCF principles
