Old mutual have failed me several times. I drafted my will at the southgate branch and I kept following up o ly to be told something wasn't filled and I will have to redo the will application. Decided to change branches and go kempton park branch in sept, filled the application and the lette. Literally saw the agent throw my application in the bin but I thought since he scanned the document he won't need hardcopy papers. Kept calling to follow up and check if all is in order. I was told I didn't fill in the application which I did but it was thrown away. This is just not acceptable cause that's a very sensitive documentation and for someone to just throw it and want to blame the client is just outrageous. I don't if old mutual needs to train their staff more or what's happening but they will loose clients due to such incompitencies.
