On the 27 November i went to old mutual to change my address on on my bank statement and Old Mutual bank in Table View and it was accepted because my adress was changed and I carried on with life,a few weeks later i started to receive sms that i need to a nearest old mutual branch because my documents werent fica,the sms doesnt specify which document isnt ficard and which document i must bring,the same guy who helped me change my bank account called me and said i must come to the branch and just bring my Id told hi id come as soon as i can,i went on the 18th of december was assisted by Babalwa Fadana she checked her system and she said she doesnt see anything wrong and my adress has been changed my old mutual head office so i should ignore the sms,time went by i still got the sms and ignored it i went to EC and i recently came back,im not allowed to go in the office because i was in another province, earlier this week i got an sms saying my account has been suspended i need to go to a branch, i tried calling but we all know you wait for ever on the line until i ran out of airtime,after i fetched my daughter from crrche yesterday i went to N1 city branch and i explain to them my issue and i i insisted tha they help me as its pay day tomorrow and im broke i cant afford not have money,they looked and they saw whatever they saw but said they cant help me it needs to be overideded by a manager and at that branch they do t have a manager for thr past few 2 months and ask that i please go to this table view branch, i borrowed money again for petrol after work i went to table ng got the same babalwa they didntvsee anythinf wrong,she called head office,they told her to make a copy of my Id and she droppd the phne she called the fica department and the phne rang and rang until Merle Govind wuz acting manager as they work as skeleton staff said theres nothing they can do,Fica department suspended my account its not their problem,they were in a rush go home and i was highly fustrated,my account is suspended,i dont have a cent,i borrowed money for this whole up and down going to branch to branch with no assistance,im on chronic medication,high risk i must add i work from home and here is my so calld bank risking my life,im not visiting another branch again ,i want my account to be unsuspended as in yesterday,i already incurred unecessary debt because i have to drive from parklands to N1 city then parklands to table view again,i cant pay my accounts i have money in my i cant use,i need this to be sorted asap and i need you Old mutual to compensate me,i didnt even have money to buy my daughter kiddies meal or pay the blady parking fee,im highly highyly furiose
