On 27 November 2015 I left my former employer and app**** to have my Provident Fund moved over to my new employer's Provident Fund with Liberty. <br> <br> During week 4 i called to enquire about the status of the claim and was advised that they had no record of it. I then laid a formal complaint with Old Mutual Superfund stating that the fact that they had no record of the claim even being submitted was ridiculous as it had been submitted according on their e-claim site as per Old Mutual requirement. <br> <br> The claim was miraculously \found"and I was advised that this would take 4 to 6 weeks (from day 1)"
