*********** Old Mutual staff

Again Old Mutual is *****ing me . The same mistake twice in one year . I submitted withdrawal forms for two polies and only one policy is processed .Its always the one with the less amount that they process 1st .I call their customer line and had to wait for 10 minutes before my call was answered .PATHETIC! What the hell is happening at that company ? Do they not have competent people working there? They will still deduct money for the policy even though I cancelled the policies on time now I have to incur bank charges because of their incompetence . My worst mistake was choosing Old Mutual . Never again I will rather give my money to someone else that actually have good customer service ,I'm really disappointed .
