I had a claim and they paid 30% of the money and told me they will pay the full amount after 6 months. They then changed banking details on my policy and updated banking ditails from a bank that I don't even bank with. I have called and went to various branches but 7 months later they can't update correct banking details. They changed banking details after my claim that they don't wanna pay so they cancelled my policy saying they can't find money in my account. Every time I give them banking details they send me from one call center agent to another. Old mutual is the worst company ever as they come up with ways not to make payouts should you claim.
