I took out 3 educational policies for my children last year October. The financial adviser (Balungile Mrwetyana) made a mistake and made one smoothed performance and the other two old mutual class A. I asked her to change and she said she can't make changes, she will only be able to make changes after my first premium. Recently I asked her for the changes she promised and now she is sending me forms. Why do I have to go through admin while she is there one that made mistakes and assured me that she will make changes? And 1 has an annual increase and the other two doesn't. I asked to changed that as well and she gave me a same story. I have an email from her dated 20 October 2017 assuring me that she will make changes after my first premium and now one has increase and the other 2 are still the same amount. What makes me so angry is that she is getting commission for doing nothing. I don't know how old mutual work but this is unprofessional, I tried making changes on the internet myself however I cannot find the smoothed performance life fund. I am even thinking of just cancelling these plans and lose some money and invest else where.
