TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I’m a concerned citizen in regard with the privacy & safety of Old Mutual Clients. I’ve been receiving Old Mutual Contract’s Policies by post, which I wonder if the policy holders are aware that their confidentialities is being exposed to non policy holders due, because of the Old Mutual Financial advice who doesn’t care. I also wonder if Old Mutual data captures are aware of the different policies which are being sent to one and the same address (1492B Mashiyane Street, Zola North) and (1732A Zici street, Zola North) all the time.

This doing shows clearly that, Old Mutual only cares about business; they don’t care about their client’s private information being exposed to anyone. This has been going on for the past five years, to prove all this please check these policy number 69668P ********** 32, 69668P ********** 07 also 69668P ********** 58, according to RE I believe this is *****, cause all the victims (clients) are not aware that their particulars are being handled with negligent.

Old Mutual must take a serious action against the perpetrator, cause this proves why most of their client claims have problem of wrong particulars and the financial advisor who does this, how did she/he pass R.E, possible she/he even sign’s for clients just to get business because, how can a client complete a form and sign when it has wrong address. This doing also creates a bad image about all Old Mutual's financial advisors, they only care about getting commision not rendering a good and professional service.
