Kindly advice who Joshau Jacobs is because I got an sms stating that I spoke to him nobody call me from Old mutual its been 2 months now since I changed banks an email was sent but no changes were made. Got an email that changes has been done to mu suprise the debits still run in my old account. Please cancel all my policies with Old mutual can't handle the incompetence anymore.
