I've been begging Old Mutual's "customer service department" to supply me with banking details in order to make a manual payment for my funeral policy cover. The request was sent on 29 July & I can't believe I'm still without the banking details, even after supplying them with my ID number. HOW DIFFICULT IS IS TO SUPPLY YOUR BANK DETAILS OLD MUTUAL...NO NEED TO INVESTIGATE ANYTHING...JUST SUPPLY BASIC INFO PLEASE !!!. It's a week later & my cover might be impacted due to your incompetence.
