I have been very happy with old mutual until I spoke to consultants who gave me the wrong information which lead to my policies being in areas. When I was informed about this I was told that there's no notes on the system of by the bogus consultant who was helping me set up my premium holiday. To me that just means nobody will be held responsible for this mess! Its clear to me the old mutual just hires empty headed people who can do whatever they like and we the paying clients must clean up after them!!!! I regret ever referring other people to old mutual!!!!! They just don't care!
