I cannot recommend Old Mutual. In 2018 we updated personal information, added life cover for myself, added additional covernto my husband's existing life cover. Every 2 years we reviewbour policies. To our horror, my husband has not hadnlife insurance since we upgraded his policy. They upgraded it to dread disease only. Two days ago I filled in a Hippo request on short term insurance for our vehicles. Not one single call since..... these people are incompetant! My husband now has to take out new life insurance, bloodtest again, and he has tremendous fear of needles. He passes out from fear. Now he has to subject himself to trauma all over again, because once *********** person does not know how to do their job.
