I made a claim in July for a returment policy for my mother filled in add the forms got them checked a subjmited, 3 months later i called checking if they got the forms the lady i spoke to just told me she can see but retirement claim take about 6-12 months ok fine. That was the last time i heard from them no updates nothing today i called checking the lady said they can only see submitted in July but nothing else is showing she will escalate because it been long and she can’t see any notes on the system , After about an hour i got a call from a lady she told me they sent me an sms foe some forms i need to complete that why there is a delay, i told her i got that sms i went to mega city brunch and completed the forms with assistance from their stuff, i even explained to her what forms and how i completed them. When she realize i know what im talking about , she can know see the forms and completed she will forward it. Old mutual such an *********** company , i don’t mind waiting but keep me updated send sms tell me the claim is in process
