Pathetic, poor discriminating BEE service & unauthorized deductions from personal bank account. For a while now I have been trying to sort out certain problems with policy. (***) I respond to their emails and choose and send options. What an awful knightmare it turned out to be. If you do not speak english the phone is dropped immediately in your ear or they hang up. This has happend on numerous occasions, calls from 021 phone numbers. Now, money is deducted from my account without my specific authorization. Likely I was able to reverse this debit order.

Now I am threatened that my policy will be stopped if I do not do this or that.....
