The level of service and incompetency within OLD MUTUAL is beyond me. For the second time i am being treated like a second class citizen. In future when one takes out a policy with you please disclose that treament may vary from customer to customer. That is the impression i get. Every time one has to call for feedback and all you get is "it has been escalated ". 11th day and no payment from my withdrawal , had i not followed up i would have been in the dark . Fist it was the breach of my personal information now this haibo. why must i suffer because someone did not do their job and failed to account. An apology does not solve my problem , payment in my account will. Its time i cancel.

08 Apr 2022, 07:24 Can you believe no one called me to date and still my withdrawal is not paid. The level of frustration and hate I have for old mutual is beyond. All I want is my money since the 18 th of March to date nothing. I am definitely canceling my policy. I will invest with other good companies.
