Incompetency - ref A333673B

I refer to my previous complaint on the same subject, in the past 2 weeks I have received different dates as to when I can expect the funds to be transferred into my banking account. Initially I was told to count 14 working days from the 16th of September 2015 but seemingly this is going beyond their promise, to me this is unacceptable.<br> I have tried getting to address this with their superiors by email and have not received any response.
