Incompetency of Funeral Policy payout

I took a greenlight policy in 2017 all my premiums have been paid thus far on time every month.. On the 17th of Jan my brother went missing and was later found deceseded at a Govt mortuary on the 4th on the 7th i made a claim for my funeral policy that I took for him, till today I have not been paid
