Incompetency from Old Mutual again!

<p>I have a funeral cover with Old Mutual. Last month i made an arrangement for a deduction of R1 337.50 as a once off since i was behind with the payments. Now this month, instead of going back to my normal instalment amount, the same amount of R1 337.50 was deducted. Can this be rectified and my refund to be processed as soon as possible. This is the second complaint i have sent in 6 months.</p>
