Incompetency beyond belief

<p>I requested that my policies be paid out. After filling in hundreds of forms and getting it certified by everyone on earth i submitted it 2 weeks ago. </p> <p>I was told it would take 5 days. I sent a mail today to find out what is going on. I then get told i didnt put policy number on. </p> <p>Couldnt they have asked for this 2 weeks ago or simply write the number in????</p> <p>What a lot of ***********s.
