Incompetency and poor service delivery from Old Mutual Superfund

I’m dissatisfied and anointed of the service I’ve received from old mutual superfund. I’ve been trying to follow on my claim only to be told ABSA has put a hold on my funds as it is used as security against my bond with ABSA. When investigating the mater with Pension Powered Home Loan they denied Ed this and cleared me and also made note that the loan to be done through PPHL was in 2017. Question to ash is how did old mutual get the whole mixup and causing me all the delay in the payment of my funds.
