Incompetency.

Its been more than three weeks since I've requested to go through arbitration with oldmutual. I've been a good paying client with old mutual. I honestly love to report them to ombudsman. I've recently lost eyesight in my left eye. According to old mutual, its not a disability and further more they still have the audacity to tell me i can seek other employment when i explained to them, that I'm currently in the process of been medically boarded off from my current employer. So if you guys from hello peter have any suggestions on how about i take this matter further. Please do inform me.
