incompetency
don't understand why i save my money with this company , went to the branch to cash out my money but i was advised of a savings money account which seemed to be a grate platform for me to get my money when ever i require it to be cashed out. I still don't have the money i required to be cashed out of my savings , instate i have an account the requires me to put money into it 7 days passed still waiting for my dam money to be released into their stupid money account .
i work with customers and i think also know that before you make a sale make sure that the needs of the customer are meet before you commute to making a sale , in this case my needs where not meet instate i have a product which is not working for me but requires money from me how crazy is that .
