Incompetence & Negligence

Emailed a Unit Trust Selling application, eight (8) pages on Wednesday, 6/12/'23 around 14:12. This was resent as the previous email was returned due to the incorrect address. Received confirmation of receipt from Old Mutual with a reference number for each emailed page. On Thursday morning sent an email with the reference numbers, requesting feedback should any issue arise - NO FEEDBACK . Called on Friday morning to follow-up & Hileema mentioned that ONE page was received. She processed the application with payment due on Tuesday, 12/12/'23. Due to the negligence of Old Mutual employee/s not executing their duties for which they are remunerated, leads to me being disadvantaged.
