INCOMPETENCE AT OLD MUTUAL

I have cancelled all my old mutual policies due to my dissatisfaction with my mom's funeral claim, among the cancellations was an investment i had with them and I was supposed to get a surrender value after cancellation on the 09.09.2021 up until today 12. 10 2021 despite several follow up with them by email and telephonically, their system in the branches and their email system is not working, I do not know when will I receive my payment which was due on the17th. 09,2021 today is the 12th. 10. 2021
