Incompetence

I made an inquiry about my policy got an agent Angezwa who did not listen to me and then dropped the line on me, absolutely worst survice. Then when I try calling in again cause they only respond to emails at best after a week, no one answers the call was on hold for 15 minutes. Honestly your competitors are better.
