Incompetence
This morning when I check my banking app I saw Old mutual policy Omgscheme*** has debited my account with R350.72 I know for a fact that policy has been closed now for month I don't understand why now is my account being denied. I am furious cause this is an inconvenience on my part. I want this sorted as in yesterday. Just incompetence at it's best.
