Incompetence!!
Old mutual is the worst!!! My mother and I have been going to old mutual since july to get her tax certificate but all of a sudden they say they cannot find her policy imagine!! She's told to wait 5 to 7 working days everytime we go there. She can't file her tax returns and this is the last day. Now she is going penalised by SARS, who must pay that fine
