i called and spoke to a agent and old not assist me with a tax certificate now he put me back to the end of the line.Aciwe then put me on hold for an hour because I requested to speak to a supervisor they say yo can only speak to a supervisor if you pass authentication, now i want my airtime back.my time wasted and i want apology from both agent live in a meeting
