Income protection Claim
I am currently undergoing an income protection claim with Old Mutual, the guy helping me is Geron, the problem that I have is that I have not been paid this month and I keep on being sent back and forth with forms to fill, but the matter is not coming to a conclusion

06 Oct 2025, 00:59This has been a tedious process of trying to get this issue solved, Old Mutual likes to act like they are getting the issue solved, but could not care less about their clients or customers. there has been a couple of e-mails going back and forth between them and my employer. Even today the matter is not getting solved. September month I was not paid and no One wants to take the responsibility. now Old Mutual on the other hand is uncooperative. this insurer is going through the gutter, As I can already assure you that no clients would stand for such pathetic service. I promise you if I was getting paid per e-mail sent between them, employer and me, I would have been Warren Buffet by now!...
