Income from retirement funds

I am writing this with a heavy heart. I have worked so hard hard for so many years only to be denied to use my money. I invested my retirement funds with Old Mutual in 2017.

I am over indebted, my house is in a state, it is almost delibelated. I spoke to my financial advisor Buti Stewart Chiloane to release or at least borrow me some funds. All he could say was that it is impossible. How so because it is my hard earned money and no one has a right to dedicate how to use my money. Imagine getting paid R1800 every month, what am I supposed to do with this amount.
