INCENSITIVE ACTION OF OLD MUTUAL
I have a loan with Old mutual and due to financial contrain I have been going through during the lockdown and responding to an sms they send me that we can ask for help, I did that asking to skip one month of my loan repayment and the rude remark I received was they don't offer payment holidays. how incensitive old mutal is. decided to close the account.
