INACTIVATED POLICY INSTEAD OF DEBT ORDER

Good day,

Please advise why you did not take money from my account instead you inactivated my policy why?There is money in my account.I was told that I cannot pay cash to Old Mutual , so why did you not debt the account?Is it a way to try to rob me?I hate this !I was frustrated!I was ****ed off.
