IN-HOUSE *****STERS

On the 02 October 2024, I logged onto my mobile profile just to check if my policies were in order. What prompted me to check was there is a lady that called to say they would like to confirm if my policies are still active and to inquire if I wanted to add onto what I had. I discovered that there was a policy of R278 that was going to deduct as off November 2024 and I sent an email to the ***** department about it. I continued to communicate with old mutual countless times to activate an investigation and provide feedback but with no success till current. In March I called Old mutual to find out the delay as the policy deducted from November till current via stop order, no communication from the insurance ccompany. Today I checked my profile and discovered that there is a policy of R306 will start deducting from June 2025 via stop order. Two weeks back I received payment but it does not amount to the money that was deducted. What is the purpose of the POPI act if *****sters within the company are going de***** us by opening false policies. Does Old not have internal control and ***** prevention policies to mitigate such threats. They do not cancel their policies because they want to deduct until it cannot be cancelled. PLEASE INVESTIGATE, this is frustrating and irritating because these people changed all my contact details, even if I try to get on the WhatsApp platform it does recognized my details but the *****ster can get into my profile and change whatever they want
