Impossible to get customer service from Old Mutual.

the customer service from Old Mutual is terrible. I am just trying to change the dates of my debit orders and have tried doing this through multiple channels with no success. I changed it on the website but it still went through on the previous date. I have made 6 attempts to get through to the call centre, when I eventually did get through I was told I must call back on the 23rd of the month. Every time I get transferred via the call centre the call is dropped. I have now emailed the call centre hoping this will get my debit order details changed.
