impossible to get a tax certificate

<p>I have now three times tried to get my tx certificate out of Old Mutual. All I get is the runaround. For forty years they took my money, then some snotty 20 year old ***** took himself a slice of my pension payout as "commission" making me sign it or I'd get nothing and now I cant even get a tax certificate out of Old Mutual. It's clear, once they've taken your money theres no more service. </p>
