IMPOSSIBLE GETTING HOLD OF OLD MUTUAL!!!!

I have funeral policies with old mutual, one of the premiums were not received and I have been calling to no avail. I hold until I run out of aitime!!! I want to submit my new banking details for monthly deductions.
