Immediate Removal of Contact Information from Your Database

Dear Old Mutual Customer Support,

I am writing to formally request the immediate removal of my contact information from your database in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Despite numerous previous requests, I continue to receive multiple calls from your representatives, which is causing significant disturbance and inconvenience. The calls are frequent and unwarranted, impacting my personal and professional time adversely.
